8. 3 Point Seat Belts (Driver + Co-Driver) - ( Retreactable seat belts )

9. TT possessing - Hydrostatic Test Pressure (0.316 Kg/cm2) (each compartment)

10. Comp Capacity (No excess of 97% of gross cap. & upto 5 KL max)
|
11. Master switch : Provided inside the cabin & in working condition.
|
12. Fire Extinguisher : 10 Kg 2 DCP with TT number & test dates incl. 1 Kg CO2 inside the cabin.( Refill Certificate & Physical Condition )

13. Availability of spill kit < 10 Liters.

14. Fusible Link : Standard type provided on each master valve fitting.
|
15. Master Valve : Provided on rear side with sealing facility.
|
16. Fuel Tank : Guarded & no connection with compartments / extra fuel tank if any.

17. Earthing boss/cleat ( Not Painted) are available on both sides of TT & TT has flexible earthing cable with robust crocodile clips.

19. Each bottom delivery valve is provided with separate security lock.
|
20. Each Dome cover at top is provided with separate security lock.
|
21. Dip hole / manhole located in the geometrical centre of each Comp.
|
22. Caps on faucets/fill pipes/dip pipes : Of Aluminium or Brass

23. Dip pipe provided & welded to the manhole cover

24. Fill Pipe provided and welded to the manhole cover
|
25. Dip hole fitted with perforated dip pipe extending up to approximately 6 cm. from the bottom of the tank.

26. Dip hole fitted with perforated dip pipe with its internal end open and all openings covered with two layers of wire gauge 11 mesh/cm.

27. Any additional fittings other than PV vent, dip pipe, emergency vent and fill pipe are not fitted on the manhole cover.

28. Any bumps or dents are not present on the tank

29. Tank is not having any concealed compartments.

30. No unauthorized modifications / extra fittings inside the compartments found.

31. Fill pipe of mild steel of size 100 mm nominal bore and flange mounted to the manhole base plate is provided.

32. Internally, the fill pipe is extended till almost bottom of the compartment leaving a clearance of 25 mm.

33. Inner end of filling pipe is having splash deflector arrangemen ( 45º Angular Cut).
|
34. Fill pipe is not slotted and contains only 4 nos holes of 13 mm dia above the product level.
|
35. Dip pipe contains min 5 nos perforations spread uniformly throughout its length.
|
36. Neoprene discharge hose having braided wire spirally wound along the length is available.
|
37. Hose shall have Brass / Aluminium coupling on both ends & electrically continuous. Condition of the hose is good. PVC/Plastic hose is not permitted

38. Design of Tanks : Design of tanks is standard type & not rectangular or any other shape.
|
39. Dimension of tank : Matching with calibration chart
|
40. Top Fittings : Welded to manhole plate & enclosed in the dome cover
|
41. Position of manhole cover fittings : Matching with calibration chart
|
42. Manhole Cover : Sealed and the seal number matches with the one mentioned in the calibration chart after calibration.

43. Nuts on fly wheel : Plate shall be welded at both sides of flywheels. Dimension of strip shall be 15 mm X 3 mm. Material : MS
|
44. Sindle/Gland check nut and flywheel securing plate: Material :MS. Shall be fixed on hinges welded from inside.
|
45. Shall have tower bolt from both sides to secure the plate in vertical position when valve box is in closed position.
|
46. Faucet Valve Box : Material MS. Tapered plate on both sides shall cover Box.
|
47. Hinges on Valve Box : Material MS. Hinges shall be provided and welded for entire width of valve box from inside.
|
48. Back side plate : Material MS. Shall be placed up to 1'' above pipeline.
|
49. Locking arrangement on valve box : Stainless Steel. Locking rod shall not be painted. Rod shall get inserted min 2.5'' inside the valve box.
|
50. Dome Cover : Material MS. Thickness not lesser than 1 mm. Shall have slope to avoid accumulation of water.
|
51. Hinges on dome cover : Material MS. Shall be machine made. Welded from inside for entire width. Opening > 90 degree and < 120 degree with stopper.
|
52. Inner/base ring of dome cover : Material MS. Base ring thickness 1 mm. Base ring of dome cover shall not be lesser than 100 mm.
|
53. Inner/base ring of dome cover : Distance between manhole and inner ring shall not be more than 10 mm in closed condition.
|
54. Locking arrangement : Locking rod 20 mm dia. Locking rod and cleat or any other stainless steel items shall not painted.
|
55. Locking arrangement : Both vertical and horizontal locking cleats are 6 mm thick. Material for locking cleat and rod are stainless steel.
|
56. Intermediate flanges bolt security : Material : MS. The welding should be done for all pair of nuts and bolts.
|
57. Master valve check nut : Material : MS. Thickness: 3 mm for washer and 2 mm for strip. Should be welded on the valve spindle housing.
|
58. Sealing of manhole cover : Small hole to be available in stud/bolt for passing the sealing wire. Shall have external collar for manhole
|
59. Master valve box : Material : MS. Thickness : 2 mm. MS plate box type arrangement provided encasing the emergency/master valve levers.
|
60. Hole on faucet valve spindle : Small holes are provided on the spindle and body of the valves for passing the sealing wire through the flywheel of the valves.
|
61. Speed governor is provided and is in functional condition.
|
62. ABS is provided and is in functional condition
|
63. Electrical fittings has no trace of non standard equipment presence or use such as cabin fans / mobile chargers etc.
|
64. TT is provided with under run protections ( side / rear )
|
65. TT is provided with toe guards or anchor point for the application & use of safety harness at unloading points.
|
66. Physical Condition of TT Tyres--Minimum with 2 MM depth with no cuts / patch / bulge
